Privacy Policy

What this site knows about its readers.

What data we hold

Nothing here needs an account or a login, and nothing is personalised, so there is not much to gather in the first place. No analytics tool, advertising pixel or tracking script of ours runs on these pages. What remains is the ordinary server log every website has: IP address, timestamp, the page asked for, and the browser and device details your software reports. We do not use those records to build a profile of you, and we do not sell personal information.

Who this site is for

This site is intended for adults of legal gambling age (18 or 19 depending on the province or territory in Canada) only. No part of this site is aimed at minors, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Data-protection law

This site is published for readers in Canada. Where our processing falls within their scope, Canadian federal and provincial privacy law, the EU GDPR and the UK GDPR apply. We do not claim that every regime applies to every visitor — that depends on where we operate and who we target, not simply on where you happen to be sitting.

Your emails

The contact form on this site is switched off and transmits nothing. Email us at one of the addresses listed on the Contact page and we keep the message and your address until the matter is settled. We do not add you to any mailing list.

Cookie use

None of the cookies on this site are ours: we set no analytics, advertising or preference cookies. The security and delivery service in front of this site may set technical cookies that screen out malicious traffic and keep pages reachable. Those are technical, not advertising, cookies, and blocking cookies in your browser will not stop you reading anything here.

Affiliate links

Links to casino operators on this site may carry a referral marker so an operator can credit the visit to us. We do not learn your name from it, but referral markers, click identifiers, IP addresses and similar technical data can still count as personal information under data-protection law, so we would rather say so plainly than claim otherwise.

Your choices

The law, with its usual exceptions, lets you ask what we hold about you and seek access, correction or deletion. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to object to or restrict processing, to receive your data in portable form, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your national privacy regulator. Use the Contact page and we will handle the request.

Third-party operators

Click through to Limitless Casino or another operator and you leave us behind — their privacy policy governs everything from that point. We do not control what third parties collect, and we have no access to your account, deposits or verification documents with them.

How long records last

Server logs are kept by our host on its ordinary rotation and are not retained by us beyond that. Once a question is settled we delete the correspondence, unless a legal claim requires us to keep it.

Anything you want to ask about privacy here can be sent via the Contact page.
